Our family of four had a delightful stay at this lively hotel. the hotel was conveniently located near some great places to shop and eat. Our room was spacious and well-maintained with comfy beds and a sparkling clean bathroom. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. the hotel’s fitness centre and pool were just what we needed for some fun exercises and splashing around.
Despite the wonderful stay, we wished the staff had spoken a bit more English to comfortably answer our queries.

The doorman was the highlight of my stay. His friendly and attentive nature made me feel welcome - shame the rest of the staff couldn't follow suit. The hotel's location was also convenient for my business trip, as it was near the main office area. the free Wi-Fi was a useful amenity for me to work effectively.
The carpet in the hallway was filthy, and the room was not up to scratch. The sheets were stained and clearly not fresh.

The hotel's location was very convenient as it was close to several key tourist attractions. the room was well-kept and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. the hotel offered a free shuttle service to nearby areas, which was a nice touch.
the staff spoken language was only in the local language, which made communication a bit difficult.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the helpful and friendly staff, the clean rooms, and the convenient location. The doorman was especially amazing, even though he didn't speak English, he understood our queries and made sure we felt welcomed. The hotel facilities were also impressive, and the breakfast provided had a good variety of options.
